aHa Talent Solutions was founded on the belief that there is a large gap in the recruitment space leaving corporations and not-for-profits at risk of losing – or not even identifying – the best talent for positions that require leadership skills. 

A few of us decided to reclaim lost ground and begin, one client at a time, to provide an alternative to the usual and customary parameters of talent sourcing and mission critical talent recruitment.

After decades of consulting, directing, and creating Fortune 100 company brands and public policy, our aHa Talent Solutions model seemed the next evolution: helping corporate and non-profit organizations identify and recruit critical talent at affordable rates with flexible service options.

 

The world is changing, but we believe that we make a difference in the style and manner we engage critical talent for our clients.  We specialize in sourcing Leadership! We understand organizational goals, objectives and, at the same time, the bottom line.

 

We start with the unique proposition that our slate of candidates is as important as shareholders are to CEOs, so we achieve a different kind of balance in sourcing and then engaging true leadership. Every finalist we advance is an asset who can bring immediate value to an organization, and whose time we will not waste.

 

Our process is innovative, but we are not an algorithm-driven, low-cost staffing solution.  On the other end, we are not overloaded with high-cost overhead or large egos requiring large salaries.

 

We are all about meaningful staffing challenges. We do our research, and we focus on assignments where our clients are looking for a positive difference. And that is what we deliver.

Dennis is the former CEO of two companies and has decades of change management experience. He has a long history of working directly with Fortune 100 and not-for-profit, CEOs, COOs, CHROs, EDs and HR departments on recruitment and retention strategies and programs, as well as consulting on direct recruitments.

 

He is a maverick in identifying critical talent and specific leadership skills necessary for key positions in most industries. E.g.  C level officers, Government Relation Managers, Directors of Training, Communications and Development.

 

Scope of organization understanding: Engineering; Construction; Auto, P&C and Life Insurance; Information Technology; Marketing and Advertising; Finance; Manufacturing and Production: Labor Relations; Global HR.

Audie has years of specialized expertise in various delivery methods in the recruitment service industry. Partnering with the Managing Director, he oversees strategy, planning and management of operations and deliverables.

 

He is an expert in quantifying operational challenges, simplifying them to identify services and solutions that meet the client’s needs.

Executive Technology Consultant

Jack is accountable for information technology strategy, development and operations. He provides leadership, tactical guidance, and strategic direction to transform and sustain our technology related to applicant tracking, reviewing, vetting algorithms. Ensure internal algorithms are reliable, flexible, cost-effective and secure to enable and lead business success.


He leads software strategy for the staffing organization, including all off-the-shelf and custom-built solutions that power our recruitment sourcing organization.


He specializes in target systems, platforms or features that can improve our productivity and differentiate us from our competitors.

Expertise: Interactive Design, Applied Technology, Learning Systems, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing.
